- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I stopped by there on 7-8-16 to check on getting a couple of links taken out of my watch. The guy that does that wasn't there and they told me to come back the next day and they would be open until 1 pm. I arrive at 12:05 pm the next day and they tell me they are closing early (it looked like they were heading to the lake or pool). Apparently swimming is more important than business and changing your advertised business hours. I won't be back. I'd recommend going somewhere else where they actually honor their advertised hours.By Chris, June 25, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I went to Knox Gold Exchange today and was incredibly impressed. I was selling some gold coins. Being a single female going to sell items by myself, I am always concerned about people attempting to rip me off. Not only did they give me an excellent evaluation and appraisal (based on spot gold price), but they were friendly, timely, and down-to-earth. While I was waiting, a few other customers came in or were already there selling items. I was blown away by the honesty from the store owner (I did not get her name but she was great). For example, she felt that one client could get a better deal for her beautiful pearl necklace by selling it privately herself; the owner then offered to have this woman meet any potential buyers at the store so that they would be watched and on camera during any possible business deal. I did not get all of the details of this exchange, but that strikes me as a person who really cares about her customers. Of course, this is a business and all businesses want and need to make money, but I did not at all feel the need to haggle or that I was getting scammed in any way, it was quite the opposite. I couldn't imagine having a more positive experience and will ABSOLUTELY be back myself and recommend this business to friends and anyone looking to sell items. P.S.
